Orders within India are shipped via our courier partners. A flat shipping charge of ₹150.00 applies, waived on orders above ₹5,000.00. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location. Bulk corporate orders may have a longer production lead time communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.
We ship internationally via our export courier partners. A flat shipping charge of $2,500.00 (or local currency equivalent) applies to international orders; exact rates and customs/duty responsibilities will be confirmed at checkout or via quotation for bulk orders. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Once your order ships, tracking details will be available in your account under "My Orders", and we'll email you the courier name and tracking number.
While we aim to meet stated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to courier network disruptions, customs processing (for international orders), or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you informed if this affects your order.
